Please use the following guidelines to select your level for lessons, workshops, and camps:
Beginner
I am just beginning and know very little or nothing about my instrument. I don’t know how to tune on my own or could use more practice at it. I know very little about how to make chord shapes or play notes on my instrument. I can play 1 – 2 tunes or none at all, but I am eager to learn!
Intermediate
I have taken some lessons on my instrument and can tune, make basic chords and notes and can play 3-4 or more tunes.
Advanced
I have been playing for a while and can play 12 or more tunes. I know how to play my instrument, have played with others in jams or ensembles, and have been a part of other music programs, camps or lessons.
